If for any reason you are not completely
happy with your scrapbook purchase, please contact us and let us know the nature
of the problem.
Merchandise must be returned in original packing materials
to prevent damage during shipment and must be returned within 15 days
of receipt of merchandise. Once the merchandise has been received, we will
immediately issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
We are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges accrued
for returning merchandise. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges
to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item
is received.
